South Carolina is pretty loose. You should be fine out there. The sheriff model is solid and reliable out the box

Thanks for posting this. I’m confused and hope you are able to answer a couple questions. Can you daily carry these for self defense? I don’t understand what you are saying about not carrying the Colts but can the Remingtons and that you need a concealed carry permit when WV is a constitutional carry state. How do you transport them when loaded? Just lock the cylinders in a separate location from the BP launcher? Thanks again.

You can carry them for defense here. You cannot carry them (loaded) in a vehicle, which is why I don’t carry the colts. If you want to carry them loaded in a vehicle, you need a concealed weapons permit in order to do so. You don’t have to lock the cylinders away but just make sure they are in separate places.

Oh ok. I understand. Because the Colts are hard to remove the cylinders. It makes sense now. So if you are a felon, you can carry these daily? Do you have to open carry or can you conceal carry. This is BIG for 2A rights for felons that have paid for their crimes. You do great work!

BTW…I’m in Parkersburg. At 18 I got got a felony possession conviction. Been thirty years ago so this is helpful to me as I get older (49). Everybody should be allowed to protect self, home, and family. And muzzleloaders for hunting is good news. Thank you!

​@thedefensecoalition I disagree. I find 30 grains of FFF seems to be the sweet spot. It levels out in terms of accuracy and power at 30 grains with a .454 round ball. At least, in my own experience...🤷🏽‍♂️

Much more freedoms in VA than NY. That's a place I don't mind staying away from for as long as I live.

Its really dangerous to give this information out to bad people. We need to keep them ignorant because they don't deserve a second chance. Even in cases of mistaken identity or a wrongful conviction, we need to think of the children first. Some people just don't deserve nice things.
