Throughout my whole life I've been struggling with motivation and actually trying to achieve my goals. What set me back was that I had the wrong mindset and that I needed to take action RIGHT NOW. Ive really changed my life after reading Les browns book "live your dreams". It was the first book i read from him and now i want to continue my journey to achieving my dreams. Self-doubt is a hidden enemy. It can affect you with anxiety, depression, and lower self-esteem.

I have a fear in my mind... I believe I'm overthinking....things are skipping from my hand...... A couple of months back I decided to make a carrier in Canada 🇨🇦 For that Firstly, I have given the IELTS however I'm not focused... I know I'm giving excuses. but trust me now I believe in myself.

From spring of 2021 all the way to winter of 2021 I was the most confident I’ve ever been in my life. Than intrusive thoughts got to me and these last 3 months I’ve been struggling w it, if anyone has advice on how to get it back lmk

Forget the past whatever experience you had used them to make it you stronger I was In bad place mentally from feb until a few weeks ago. Thru therapy and gym and the support of my friends and family I'm come out the other side I can see the light but don't give up. You are 2.0 a new man a better man.
