Did you mean "Where did the feeling go?" Because I never heard of a song called "Where is the feeling" and "Where did the feeling go" was written by Norman Saleet. Sorry I pride myself in knowing everything about Selena and if there's a song of hers that I haven't heard then I definitely want to hear it! Lol

That's great that you know those things however the song I refer to is one that's on an album you probably don't own because it's pre-recorded stuff that wasn't released just performed. But with technology it'll be out with other stuff that was never released

Heard this in the early 90’s. While driving around in cars with young men. They had great darts in music. Haven’t heard it for soooooo many years…. And then….. I heard it on the Selena series. It blew my mind, I’d forgotten all about it but when I heard it…. Wow….. the memories came flooding back. This track is THE BOMB…. Magnificent vocals. I love love love it.

During a long conversation at the Olive Garden, Selena told her mother, Marcella, about a previous visit to the same place, she'd seen a little old lady eating by herself and felt sorry for her. Selena paid for the women's meal and but told the waiter not to let her know "I want you to give her one of those little cakes you give people on their birthdays, Put it in a bag so she could take it home". Marcella felt so proud of her daughter. She was so giving so generous with her love as well as her material wealth. Show business could be such a competitive down and dirty endeavor, people crawling over each other in pursuit of riches and recognition, but her daughter rose above the fray, her goodness neutralized all the unsavory aspects of making music for a living. On the way home, as Selena was zipping in and out of traffic, singing at the top of her voice, her mother leaned over to her and spoke into her ear "I Love You", Selena looked back and smiled "I Love You Too Mama". This happened on March 30, 1995- Less than 24 hours later Selena had died and this was the very last time Marcella had seen or talked to her beloved youngest daughter.

Oh! I watched that season! Then we also did a live stream while we watched the recent movie as listeners watched it on their end. It was taken down by netflix very quickly. We plan to react to the 2nd season the same way except we will keep our volume off so they will have nothing to block!---Mama

She actually loved Michael Jackson! And sang Billie Jean, and was inspired by him, in some of her concerts she did some of his dances, and she started singing when she was eight years old, the Band started in the mid '80s kind of!

Once Selena was late for an 8:00 p.m. gig at the Tejano Rodeo in Dallas because her plane was delayed by a snowstorm. When she showed up at 10:00 instead of cancelling like many stars would do she walked out on stage apologizing heavily and then sang and danced all night so her fans wouldn't feel shortchanged.

She released 14 albums from 1984 to 1994, in spanish with a few english songs in them. Then the album Dreaming of you in 1995 (posthumous).

Remember she was Mexican-America, born and raised in the U.S, her parents were also Americans. Mexican-Americans, we are Chicanos, meaning we are in the middle of both American and Mexican cultures, many of us don’t know Spanish well, we can understand it and barely speak it, we eat and make Mexican and American food. We are stuck in the middle. Some lean more towards Mexican culture more than American, some lean more towards American culture than our Mexican. We are Americans that have roots from Mexico, roots that some of us are barely attached to, or we are attached to a lot. It depends on how we were raised. That’s what it is to be Mexican-American. Selena grew up speaking only English, and listened to only American Music. From Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Paula Abdul to BlackBox (R&B), country music, etc. She didn’t want to sing in Spanish when she started, which was at 6 years old, but her dad told her she needed to so she would be accepted more by Mexican-American/Mexican people. Although she didn’t want to sing Spanish songs, she grew to love it, she loved that she learned more about her culture and she even wished she appreciated sooner.

The first time I heard this song I thought of micheal Jackson too your mom is right lol knowing her she probably did it in purpose she loved Janet and micheal a lot. She actually beat micheal Jackson’s attendance record at the astrodome from her last concert you covered. She’s still beating records even when she gone, I’m happy to see her still live on in her music :) love your reactions

Her brothers band Kumbia Kings re sang this song in Spanish as well 👏🏽

Even when she was on the verge of superstardom, Selena didn't want to turn her back on the Tejano fans that had made her such a big success. She planned on going into a studio to record a new Spanish language album as soon as she completed work on her English album.

Actually her final Spanish album was completed. AB said he’s not ready to release which is unfortunate because I for one would LOVE to to hear it and have fresh Selena music. He said the last he and Sel listened to it before her passing she said it was so good it gave her goose bumps🥰

React to "im getting used to you" it was also recorded for her English album OR "Donde queda que estes" it's a duet with the barrio boyz. They are both very modern sounding pop songs you guys will love them! 💜 Nobody has reacted to those songs either so you guys would be the first as well!

Its so sad that she didn't get to preform any of these songs live because she died. But when she was younger she had a few English songs out like "missing my baby" and "where did the feeling go" here she is in 1991 at 19 years old singing "where did the feeling go" live at an award show. Also, you totally gained a new subscriber and my respect for loving Selena as much as we do! She is way more popular than you guys even know. Mac cosmetics released the Selena makeup line and it was their best selling line ever. They also have a festival in her home town Corpus Christi Texas called "festival de la flor" in her honor ever year. And Madama Tassuads released her wax figure a few years ago. They also said it drew the biggest crowd of any other unveiling. She also just earned her Star on the walk of fame and now they're is going to be a series on Netflix in October. Selena's also receiving a Posthumous Grammy lifetime achievement award. The grammys air on CBS Sunday March 14, 2021. I really wish she was here in person to see all this happening, 😪 always and forever "La Reina De Tex-Mex". Rest in Peace, Selena.
