I feel like that every day. I suffer from Lupus, Lyme, among other things. It all had me crippled with anxiety, but I survive everyday by the grace of God who holds me daily. Without him, I couldn't do it.

It is true i encounter all that.The only medicines for anxiety/depression is love yourself, be strong, ignore all who put you down ,focus to heal your illness.. give a faith , trust and pray to God.. until you recover...

I am the same ..depression anxiety..panic attacks...no medication helps me...that's so sad 😞

I have C-PTSD like a death sentence. Like a zombie. Scared of everybody no trust in nobody. Anxiety depresión nightmares flashbacks loneliness etc. Try meditation I just started. Even if you don’t know how do it. 30 min in the morning and 30min at night before bed. Lookup for guided meditation on KZread. I hope it can help you. I feels is mi only opción but let’s do it

I just wish she knew how many people truly relate to every detail except it’s not from Lupus it’s from abuse that left me with a scar on my face as a lover had bit my face open. Too many people run to music as an outlet it helps us cope. And some of these stars really don’t know in a small world where I’m a nobody. Bad things happened..and it’s just relatable. Seeing other women empower themselves and express the vulnerability shows me it’s okay too. I’m also not alone.
