Its crazy because my mom really flew from Austria to Houston just to watch her perform and she didn’t even know any Spanish 😂 It’s those moments of Selena that really stood out to my mom. Although she didn’t understand what she was singing, she cherished her performance bc thats what truly made the concert a party.
Guys, I urge y’all to react to other Selena songs from this night. It’s important to experience the facts that you don’t have to understand the language for Selena to make you understand the music.

this was her last huge concert bu not her last concert overall
Selena sold out the Astrodome in 1993, 1994 and 1995 ... she was/is the whole package. 💐
Im 63 now, and I still get choked up when I remember that terrible day.
Selena was destined for so much more. Not only was she a great performer, but she had such a great heart. She was a beautiful person through and through. May she be resting in musical paradise. 💐 🕊️ 🎤
Selena loved Donna Summer (as if you couldn't tell). I had a cassette tape of hers and played it until it wouldn't play anymore. She didn't record a bad song, in English or Spanish 🎶🎵💚
The passing of Selena tore everyone's hearts. You would love her traditional Tejano music. RIP Selena. Gone way too soon.
She was an icon even before this show.
I also want to add that her importance in addition to her voice and music was that she was BROWN and curvy. Her Latina contemporaries were white, light skin Latinas who sang pop music. It was nice to see an icon singing Tejano and Mexican music who also looked like her people.
Her song "Como La Flor" is one of her biggest hits. I love that song, hope you react to it.
I couldn’t click fast enough! Thank You So Much…Our Texas White Rose, Forever Loved, Forever One of the Best Female Entertainer! No Auto Tune, Just Selena! I was working behind the scenes this night and It Was Magical!

Did you meet her?!?!?!
Jennifer Lopez sent a lot of time with Selena's family to portray Selena as acurately as possible, the way she spoke, her mannerisms, etc. Jennifer did a phenomal job playing the part.
Y’all need to see her in her elementttt her own song and choreography insane RIP The Queen😭
Just stunning. The overall maturity & self-assuredness that shines through in her performance, it's as though she is exactly where she is meant to be. She's truly an old soul. What a loss to her family and loved ones😢😢😢
I see her and I can avoid to cry, she is truly missed
All songs from the concert at the ASTRODOME are amazing!
Gracias por reaccionar a nuestra querida Selena, nuestra Reyna del tex mex que vivirá para la eternidad!
That entire show was very good and I especially like Si Una Vez. She was just starting on an English cross-over album when she died. Aside from this show, I suggest "La Carcacha" Live En Vivo and "Enamorada De Ti" Live at Premio Lo Nuestro. They showcase her dancing skills.
Please listen to more Selena songs from this performance. Her voice transcended languages, so even if you don’t understand Spanish, you’ll feel every emotion she’s expressing.
What a "Stunning" choice guys. Really enjoyed this. She is so "beloved" and such a loss. She opened doors typically closed in "Tejano" music to females. The Tejano Queen R.I.P.
Techno Cumbia…one of my Selena favs.
So beautiful and so happy…such a waste…hope that woman never gets out of jail. 🇨🇦🖖🏻💔
This performance ALWAYS makes me cry, but I also end up singing along through the tears. 🌹Como la Flor, Fotos y Recuerdos, look it up guys. 🙏
She was so young yet such a seasoned entertainer, we lost a few amazing artists who were great and she definitely was one of them ❤
She is so GORGEOUS the queen
Watch all her live performances. She sang a lot of Cumbia. She always gave so much energy and charisma.
Glad to see y’all reacting to the most beautiful women as a genuine person. There will never be another one like her. If you would react to the whole Amor Prohibido album you will see the different types of music on that one album. That was the last album she did on tour. It is a classic in the Latino culture. Keep up the great reactions. 😎

Great suggestion!👍
She was amazing and I was blessed to see her at her actual last performance after the Astrodome but before her death which was in Bryan, Texas. I was only 17 but was a DJ for intermission when she performed here. Will never forget that.
¡Viva el USA! 🇲🇽🇺🇸 I always think of Selena showcasing here, her American roots. I saw her on Nov/Dec, ¹94, at the Lakeland Civic Center, in Lakeland Florida. I was blown away by her presence and how people reacted to her. I had never seen that before. I've never seen it since. I had no idea who she was. I was 16 years old. All the cousins had to go to the baile, together. So I went. I think it was $15 for the concert/baile. I had already gone to other bailes, they weren't my cup of tea. The people went crazy, they jumped on the tables. I thought maybe there were fighting, but no, it was for Selena. I was shocked to hear her speak English, yet sang in Spanish. I remember there was a white guy, in a cowboy hat, that she brought up on stage. The guy didn't speak Spa, so she'd tell him in Eng and talk to the audience in Spanish. I only remember that one song from the concert, "Qué Creías".
“Como la flor” from the same concert. It’s her most viewed video on KZread.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
WHY NOT, BIDI BIDI BOM BOM, SELENA's ICONIC SONG
Selena was IN LOVE with Disco and her biggest role model was Donna Summer. She was amazing and she had so much versatility in her voice. She was so unique. Everyone fell in love with her in everything she did and she is a HUGE figure not just in the latin community but to everyone who listens to her. Life is so unfair at times, sometimes people who you can't get enough of, are no longer here. She would of rocked it if she were still alive. She was the IT girl. People are still remembering her and falling in love with her. My mom said she used to have so many men and woman romantically fall in love with her because her inner and outer beauty was captivating. She is the type of girl that so many wish to be.
Guy at the top gets it.. Not just the music, but life.
What a talent!!!!❤ And a natural beauty! She was murdered by a staffer of hers- a woman , who shot her. Watch the movie Selena with J-Lo playing her to perfection.
Yes to more Selena! You guys will love her music.
Selena Gomez was named after Selena. Aaliyah and Selena had so many similarities. They would have been huge. I do believe Selena would have been a Mega Star.
The body, amazing, my bella Selena
Selena Forever ❤❤😢
When Selena was taken, it broke us so much. Selena would have easily been one of the top 10 artists of all time had she lived. You guys should check out side by side comparisons of Jlo acting out Selena in the movie. She played her almost perfectly!
I remember I cried when I heard she died. She was my favorite singer.
She is the queen❤
Selena Songs Como La Flor, Bidi Bidi Bom Bom, No Me Queda Mas, Amor Prohibido, Dreaming of You, I Could Fall In Love, Baila Esta Cumbia.
More Selena please 💜💜🇻🇪✌🏽
She is still celebrated in latin awards shows and had makeup line come out through MAC cosmetics. So she is still very popular decades later
One of her big english songs was Dreaming of You and the Spanish song that got her noticed was Como la Flor. One of my personal favorites is No Me Queda Mas.
Selena was the biggest latin artist of the 90s. Ppl also loved her because she was very humble and approachable and she had a great sense of humor. They did release a couple of her English songs.

She wasn’t but she was so close to being the biggest latin artist of the 90s until her untimely death. Gloria Estefan was still the biggest and most recognizable name, especially because she was a successful crossover artist. She would’ve easily surpassed her had she gotten the chance.
Love this panel 😅
The entire concert is amazing!
Nice nice❤❤ from curacao and holland love her🇨🇼🇨🇼🇨🇼🇨🇼🇨🇼🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱❤️
One of my favorites is, I’m Getting Used To You. It’s 🔥
I had not really heard any of her music .. this girl had some PIPES! Sad that she was taken from the world .. such a beautiful soul. Thank you for bringing this to your channel .. I really love what you guys are putting out! I noticed you really enjoy AC/DC ... and Angus ripping up the strings .. was wondering if you have ever heard any Stevie Ray Vaughan .. RnB .. one of the best ... I would say .. Pride and Joy is one of my favorite songs ... would love to hear your reaction to his sound. Big Ello from Canada EH
I’m looking forward to seeing more of your reactions to Selena Quintanilla the Queen of Tejano ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I don’t think people truly understand how important and iconic Selena is? This young lady broke so many barriers at such a young age. The first Latina to successfully crossover from tejano to English… she’s the reason we have the Shakira’s add the Ricky martins. The love she had for her fans was like nothing you’d ever seen. I was lucky to experience one of her first concerts in 1994 and she paved the way for a lot of our favs
So fun. She was awesome 🥹❤️
Diosa por siempre ❤
RIP: Selena Quintanilla Perez (queen of Tejano music) 💔🎤🔥U R Missed Here's another suggestion for another one of her songs, if interested. "Selena - No Me Queda Mas [There's Nothing Left For Me] (Official Music Video)" (by the channel: SelenaVEVO) --This song is from Selena's fourth studio album called "Amor Prohibido" This song is a good representation of Selena's Tejano music style. It became one of her most successful singles and also showcased her amazing vocal range and emotional depth. The song won her Music Video of the Year at the Latin Billboard Awards in 1995. (P.S. I don't do face book...quit using it in 2019) Just saying in case anyone's curious. 😏 Anyway, I enjoyed rocking with you guys and thanks for sharing. peace out~
Plz react to this video about her called “ Selena from 4 years old to 23 years old” it’s really good
This was her last concert! 😢 she was beautiful and still very loved❤
More Selena reaction pleaseeee!
Please, can you react to her movie! Hugs from Colombia! 🤗🇨🇴
Ela era tão linda❤
🙏 I loved her soooo much & it still 💔😭 I was pregnant when she passed & almost named my daughter after her but my ex said so many other ppl & he wanted our daughters different so we went with my back up (Sierra) ... go figure, every school class, dance class, playground, there were at least 2 or 3 Sierra's & not 1 Selena 🙄😤 I shouldn't have haven't listened to him but 29 yrs & I'll never forget her 😇🥰
Just subsist because you listen to the queen selena
She was a beautiful person love selena ❤
Great reaction guys, I recommend you guys react to Her live performances, to me there better than Her studio recordings. She was a beautiful soul inside and out. She just loved to perform, and She just loved people, didn't matter rich or poor, small or great. R.I.P. LOVELY SAINT 💖🙏
Thank you for your reaction to Selena, La Reina ❤️
Love the energy of the gentlemen on top screen
"Como la Flor" from the Astrodome. The very last song she sang live before her death.
Selena was a queen our QUEEN!! Sooo beautiful, humble talented this woman had it all! I was lucky enough to attend one of her concerts and wow!! she was mesmerizing, no backup dancers, no in ears, no dazzling lights only her and and her beautiful self ❤❤❤ You will forever live in our hearts
Great reaction guys! Thanks for reacting to the QUEEN! 👑 You should react to three of her english songs, Dreaming of You, I Could Fall in Love, and Missing My Baby. You will enjoy all three.
Thus was a great reaction! Selena was on another level! I hope you decide to react to more from Selena!
Great reaction guy, you guys should more songs from this last concert of Selena ❤👍
If I remember correctly, 3 of the songs she recorded for her english cross over debut came out after she passed away.
Selena was great on stage. She is a performer. ENAMORADA DE TI is one I think y'all would ENJOY. PLEASE WATCH IT

I think what will always separate her, from the stars of today was how approachable she was. She was a very nice person, off stage. She still lived in Corpus Christi, Texas, even after her fame. She worked at her clothing store at times, she ate at local restaurants and never acted like she was better than anyone. She was a good hearted woman, who had her life taken, by trusting people. Also please react to her live show at the Memorial Coliseum in Corpus Christi, where she performed a free concert. That concert won her a grammy, for best latin album. Selena Live is the name of the album.
Thank you! 💜
We're still crying...loved watching you enjoy her performance.
Que Creias by Selena is another great video! It's a short video but very entertaining! The uploader is DineNizhoni.
Please do more reactions to La Reina 🙏🏽 This entire concert is so good and Selena’s skills were impressive and her voice powerful. Gone WAY too soon and taken unfairly by someone she trusted with everything. I truly believe that mainstream music wouldn’t look anything like it does now if she would have successfully crossed over, she was that influential. A few of my favorite songs: Si Una Vez No Debes Jugar No Me Queda Mas!!! Techno Cumbia Ven Conmigo
❤❤
You really should watch some interviews.. she was so genuine, a people person.. her laugh was so beautiful..I was 16 when she was murdered.. I been a fan since i was young.. miss her, I think she would been super famous if she was given the chance..😢😢😢
Como la flor by Selena
Periodtss
I AM BEGGING YALL TO REACT TO THE MOVIE 😭
I hope no one gets offended, but I really do think she was the Beyonce of her time, and had she not been unalived, she would of been even bigger.
You hit it right on the nail! Selena 100% was destined for great things. She had the "X" factor. She was multi-talented at so many levels. Even designing her clothes... All "things" withing the musical and artistic world were happening so rapidly for her. She was a figure so many looked up to because she was such a kind and genuine down to earth type of person that people naturally gravitated towards her. She was humble and beautiful inside and out. Honestly, I'm not exaggerating. May she rest in eternal peace. ❤
You should check out "Dreaming Of You" the song and the album. It was her crossover song and album!

Came across yall and loved the reaction. Still brings tears to my eyes as I watch it with you.. selling out the A dome at 23? unheard of... ❤
She was big in Mexico and other Latin countries...plus large fans in USA of Latin descents...she was the first that I know of to have her own clothing line...she had it all ,looks ,voice ,presence, personality and she would've been bigger than Beyonce
You all would likely enjoy her covering Top 40 songs when she was a teen
She was taken too soon. I firmly believe if she hadn’t been taken she would have been huge!!
Love your reaction, pls react to bidi bidi bom bom from this same concert.
The movie Jennifer Lopez played Selena is the best movie to view!
Definitely need to check her other song. Most are Spanish but trust you don’t need to understand them to feel the vibes. Recommended “Como la Flor” , Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” , Si Una Vez, Baila Esta Cumbria, Could fall in love , Dreaming of you
Selena English album she only did few. Songs before she died. Recommend
