Context for those who are new to PGR There are 5 Different Character Banners in PGR 1. A Rank Banner: A Rank Banner cost Blue Tickets which are farmed from Weekly Mission(More specificly Operation Guardians) and Daily Login Bonus, the Banner work with every 10 Pull give you a A Rank Character from Pity, normally you can select said character and get a 80% Chance but on their Debut which in this case is Wanshi its 100% and if you get to 60 Pull its a guaranteed S Rank chosen on Random 2. S Rank Debut Banner: S Rank Debut Banner only give said Character on their Debut with a 60 Pity on the Arrival Banner(The one you HAVE to Pull as a F2P) and around 80-100 for Fate Arrival Banner(Also known as Bait Banner), and every 10 Pull you get either a higher chance for S Rank character or guaranteed A Rank and for Fate Arrival Banner specificly it also has a chance to give you other S Ranks 3. Rerun Banner: The Rerun Banner has 2 S Rank character you can choose, they work like Debut Banner with the difference being they have a 70% Chance to be the character you selected and its not reccomended 4. Anniversary Banner: Basically you get to pick any one S Rank character with 100% Chance, same 60 Pity 5. Transcendant Banner: Its pretty much a Banner for a character list with SIGNIFICANTLY different mechanic than Constructs, they have normally higher chance on every Pull and have a 10 Pull Pity like A Rank Banner, and during their Debut selecting said character will ONLY give you them instead of 70% Chance

@@brawler5760 they're essentially 'fake' S ranks, because getting duplicates will give you the same amount of shards as an A rank although they start at S. Additionally, they are usually meant for solo content and are great choices in certain game modes that favor them, like Babel Tower and Norman Restoration.

@@brawler5760 Yeah what Ailaris said On top of that, they have a new mechanic once we reach Pulao(The Paimon of PGR but actually fights and is a really strong Transcendant like Selena) update they will get a new "Blue Parry" and "Execution" Mechanic Basically on some on enemies who have Unique Orange Armor(Its under their White Health bar, normally its Yellow) they have a Blue Glow on some attacks, you then perfect Dodge those Blue Glow attack while holding the Dodge button and you perform a Transcendant Counter that deal a lot of Damage and Break through their unique Orange Armor, once the Orange Armor Reach Zero you can then hold the Basic Attack and perform a Instant Kill move on them

@@brawler5760 also Transcendant's are leagues on their own from normal constructs if built correctly They are also guaranteed in 10 pulls *They'll get finishers at the future for their very own seperate stages for norman i think? I forgot which gamemode have the Style counter*

Shes actualy not as luckey as people think. Selena is a type of character called a trancendant, basicly a 5 star that is stronger than a 5 star but as easy to get as a 4 star. Meaning if you did a 10 pull for selena you would get one every time.

Although to be fair Selena isnt an S Rank characters Shes a Fake S Rank Character since thats what Transcendant list are, they are not like Contructs They are better than A Rank characters but not better than S Rank characters, even their Copy Rolls are the same as A Ranks being 18 Shards instead of 30 like S Rank DESPITE being S Rank themself
