Ive bought mine for the price of SNK809 and pretty satisfied with it. Bracelet is a nightmare on this one, but it looks very good on leather strap!

Nice watch, i got mine snkl23 2month ago.. I regulate the watch accuracy myself and now this guy running at +2sec - 2sec per day.. Stable movement.

I heard the SNKL23 is hard to find on the market nowadays especially the made-in-japan variant, if I do find one for a reasonable price, do you think I should pick it up? I'm also stuck between getting a SNK809 or this SNKL23... I know I'll end up having both in the future, but which one do you recommend me buying first?

The SNKL23 is not "that" hard to get recently but if you're looking to get both the SNKL23 and SNK809, then get the one that appeals to you the most first.

it retailed around $75 in the US. I bought mine in 2019 for around $100. the watch is beautiful and awesome

There are several SNKL models, for example SNKL45 is the blue sunburst dial and SNKL41 is the white dial, SNKL15 is the silver/white dial with the same stripes as the 23. There are many more, you can google them

It's supposed to be a $75 watch. So anything close to that should be decent enough. Again, it depends on how you see the value of this piece.

4r36 movement is in 5kx / Seiko 5 sports line.

You don't have to use your fingernails to adjust just put your finger from the back and slide forth and back
