The dial is seldom indeed. However, I never saw it in a grand quartz until now

Are these been serviced ? I mean complete overhaul like me mechanical watch ? Or just replace battery? Also are these seals not available?

yes they were dissembled and serviced. The parts were cleaned and assembled again. Same the Seiko Quartz Chronos of the 7a27/7a38 series in my Vlog. Original parts are difficult to find
