For a watch that has WD40 on it, it seems to be ticking nicely. I have seen watches totally ruined by people blasting them with WD40 where they don't tick at all until all the WD40 is gone.

I think silicone would lube it nice. It is not greasy or sticky and it is hydrophobic.

Does WD-40 damage Gasket in watch in 1 use , i did something dumb although i didn't directly sprayed on Back of The watch just in Bracelets, i tried to clean rust in my watch using wd-40 its still working but i am worried about Gasket do you think it will be fine thankyou.

Just guessing here, but WD-40 contains petroleum distillates (light oil) and solvent of some kind. This might attack the shellac on the pallet fork and any rubber seals. It can also turn gummy as it ages.

I looked for dial pins but I could not find any and glue between dial and dial ring was obvious, that’s why I took apart ring and dial together. Thanks you for watching.
