I watch PLO for Dual Sport and ADV bike reviews. I honestly thought Segway went out of business after the 2 wheeled personal transports went away. You can go tell Yard Gear that I am now aware of these Segway products only because of PLO.

I've had one for a year. I *LOVE* it. Unlike other makes, you dont have to spend a fortune on upgrades just to make it functional in the wild. Better skid plates are probably money well spent, but I havent done much else to mine. The suspension really does its job well even with stock tires. The maps are downloaded at home and stored onboard so it works even if you're out of cell range (Like I often am). Forward and side visibility is awesome but I'd like a backup camera considering that big nice screen. Engine noise isn't that bad and has a unique sound. In the age of $50,000 (us) machines like the Maverik R, its sure nice to have an option like this for normal (sane) people. You did a good job on the overview.
