It's helmet mount for bicycle. I got it from a bicycle light that can munt on the helmet. There are a bunch different one on Amazon.

Been riding mine for 2.5 years almost 5000 miles on it. I have 3 total, I ride one remote a second, and have a third follow me around. They're a lot of fun. kzread.infoTBWPEBC1xtE
