Anyone know how to remove the speed reduction? My sons segway Bluetooth wont connect, so l can't turn the speed reduction off, it pulls back after 6mph :-( so annoying

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for this but the best thing to do would email or call customer support. They're extremely helpful with questions like this.

The top speed is only 12 mph correct?
