    6 MONTHS AGO, I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW S MAX.... I ALSO BOUGHT A BRAND NEW MECHA KIT FOR IT. BOTH COST ME $350.00 EACH TO SHIP HERE TO HAWAII. THE X MAX IS NOT PROGRAMMED TO FIT WITH THE MECHA KIT. SO IT JUST SITS IN THE BOX. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEGWAY AGAIN UNTIL THEY SEND ME THE PROGRAM. I BOUGHT THE X MAX FOR THE MECHA KIT.

    Cool product but the 180 point weight limit really limits sales because imagine the overlap of the fat people who want this and the smaller people who can use it

    Bought the GoKart/S Max bundle. Called support and after multiple calls, "call center help" has no idea what a steering bar is, how it works, how much it costs or does Segway/Ninebot even sell them. Not on the site for sale. Looking for vids has proven fruitless. Won't buy a Chinese knock-off due to safety. Segway, if you're reading this make this process simplier or at least explain it somewhere.
