Mine doesn’t turn on outside of the box. I think it’s crap because this is the second one I got tonight from brandsmart.

hey, why are you returning it? i just got it for my girl for xmas and started to read weird negative reviews lol, so i'm afraid i shot myself in the foot. not good?

Tempted to buy one of these from Sam’s Club….curious if you can replace the battery yourself in the future? Upgrade or replace the original battery….thanks Sam’s sells a F30S model….I tried it out in the store the other day….it was a blast …I weigh under 150 …I felt like I was a feather riding that thing😍 Not sure what the S model is all about I have never seen this model anywhere but Sam’s Club.

Thanks for your comment. I am unsure if you can replace the original battery. I would recommend buying one. I weigh the same amount and it truly is a blast to ride. :)

Don’t buy one. I just bought two of them from brandsmart tonight to different models and none of them work.

How long you press the puwor button to turn on the scooter? I just unboxing mine, but i have no idea to turn on. I've charged the scooter, but still cant turn on the scooter.😢

Thanks for watching! Once you power it on and set your Bluetooth to search on your phone it should display to it, and then you will be able to connect to it. 😁

Just put mine together today, BUT it wont stop beeping at me, is slow as hell like 5mph, and wont switch between speed modes. Any ideas what i can do?
