In this video, I'll show you how to create a dynamic form and embed it into your website. Depending on your customers' answers, you can recommend them different products or services, assign them a lead score, and ask them to perform different actions.
All the quiz data will be automatically collected into a Notion Database for your further analysis.
Also, depending on the lead score and customer actions, personalized emails will be sent out automatically to them.
We'll use Tally for the dynamic form, Notion as Database to collect answers and Make as an automation tool.
