These days i’m so invested in Korean Basketball and Volleyball teams and this was perfect to watch on top of everything i’ve already watched 😅

That coach needs to respect the hosts wife's efforts & not talk about losing the game

These coaches behaviours are just embarrassing. 1. You don’t say to someone else’s child why you was up early hours in the morning drinking. Whether the child understands or not. Embarrassing for the dad in this case 2. You don’t enter someone else’s house and glare at them. You don’t speak to them however you want just because you are a coach or an elder 3. Mother is right. Buying gifts is thoughtful, but gifts that can decide on the baby’s future isn’t it. That’s the parents job. Not someone outside the family 4. Talking about the game with the team should be done at work. Not at home These two coaches were just rude and disrespectful. If I was one of them parents, I would have kicked them out. End of

If you were in the young Korean player's shoes, you can't be disrespectful to someone who is older (even if you don't work under him / them). Asian society (not just in Korea but also in my country) dictates that younger generation should respect [the unfiltered, rude and condescending] elders :'( :'( and just don't take the critisisms to heart

@@charliejoson9145 I understand in Asian society that is just how it is. My partner is Filipino and I’m white; very different culture😅I still don’t think it’s right, even if it is considered ‘normal’☹️

@@declan1520 Even though it was a lil rude it wasn't crossing the line. They weren't seriously belittling the players it was a half joking nags. He wasn't even telling them off, he told the two players they were important and for the dad to play with confident. Still, in my Asian eyes this situation ain't unforgivably bad and they were kinda playing it up for the cameras West and East having different cultures doesn't mean one is right and one is wrong.

@@MelonWaterMelon777 oh, I’m not saying that I am right and everyone else is wrong. I know what Asian society is like so it is more than likely considered normal, but in my personal eyes, it’s not. I wouldn’t put up with that. I know every society is different. Everyone is different

Honestly I think he's doing it for TV/comedy (even though IMO it's still not funny). East Asian here (moved abroad only as an adult) and seniority or not, we would not do that. Maybe sports is different but I don't think it is.
