@@Sbs349 I don’t necessarily think it’s a “UK” thing 🤔 I think it’s pretty understandable for people to feel a bit nervous at the thought of it when they haven’t had one before because of the uncertainty. I think it’s great that Cinzia shared her nervousness and her experience to normalise it for other people who are worried. A lot of people avoid doing routine appts like this because they’re worried so if Cinzia talking about it helps just one person to get theirs booked in then that’s a great thing imo. That’s great that you find it straightforward and routine but not everyone experiences it like that like the person who commented above.
