Aside from the wife not being submissive to her husband, I think the counselor's advice should be vice versa because some women are also in a similar condition in the sense that the wife might be the general overseas but the husband may want to be recognized as the head. NB: even if the woman is the general overseer she needs to give her husband the maximum respect he deserves but the man shouldn't try to overshadow the woman.
