Not a surprise. West African tribes are cousins. Just as in Europe the French, Germans, Dutch, scandinavians are called the germanic tribes and share words, it's the same in West Africa. Look at the tribes dna. A Yoruba has a certain % of dna from other nearby tribes and vice versa. This because of intermarriage and mostly past tribal warfare. We're all one people.

In Ghana we have varieties of everything : The one u had is called Agau, it's another type of koosey / Akara Koosey itself is softer. The agau is a bit harder and has a bit different Ingredients There's also koosey that's mixed with egg, I mean varieties. You choose the way u want it

Not a surprise. West African tribes are cousins. Just as in Europe the French, Germans, Dutch, scandinavians are called the germanic tribes and share words, it's the same in West Africa. Look at the tribes dna. A Yoruba has a certain % of dna from other nearby tribes and vice versa. This because of intermarriage and mostly past tribal warfare. We're all one people.

That's why it is called street food. Street food is different from the restaurant
In Ghana we have varieties of everything : The one u had is called Agau, it's another type of koosey / Akara Koosey itself is softer. The agau is a bit harder and has a bit different Ingredients There's also koosey that's mixed with egg, I mean varieties. You choose the way u want it
