It explains how hotels are valued and this one is now valued at less than the huge reno budget amount that he borrowed, He is now paying for loan for the building and the huge reno loan. I work in hotel and it’s true covid has hit hard and that this time of year is slow for hotel travel. However I’d imagine after the Capitol incident not many groups traveling want to be associated with the hotel.
