Have to say I'm underwhelmed by the decor in this home at $49 million. Very blah. Looks like nobody lives there. This is my constructive criticism: The bar needed to be in the family room, inplace of the 2nd seating area (where the 4 occasional chairs are, entry into the kitchen narrowed a little). At 0:56, the little windows should be a much larger picture window up there so you can see the sky when you look up. Why are there windows in the area of the movie screen in the theater? There should be a patio leading from the family room so one could take in the views and fresh air while outside. A balcony off the office/study would have been nice. The dock should not be shared. Love that there are guest quarters

Where is the value for 49 million? Maybe 4.9 for woodchip and superglue construction. I think it looks cheap!

A few Criticisms. No terrace No skies rain roof cover No neighbor lands No space of balcony first second
