That is amazing. Great job.

I have never seen a touchdown roof that doesn't leak. My hat is off to these two roofers because without taking the time to properly tourchdown a roof, it is guaranteed to leak.

People wouldn't know a good or bad job if they see one 🙄

Looks great. I have a modified bitumen roof on my home that is in good shape but may be coming to the end of its life. What type roof would you recommend to replace it with, or should I go with a modified bitumen right over the existing (which is in good shape)? By the way, the home is in Florida.

I always recommend to cover it with Aluminum Asphalt Paint. That way you will never have to replace it

Anyone have any feedback on sprayed on foam roofs?

I have a roof project that has stumped everyone….

The membrane is good.not the workmanship

Not a neat job. Where are the soldier courses on the wall. They never let us get away with that! Where are the bow ties on the corners of that chimney also? But for the roof to last 20 years is good. I used to have the swinford brothers do our roofs and they hot mopped everything, even the walls were mopped and looked as good as using gum. Derby gum is the Owens Corning torchdown when they were making commercial roofing products.

Well, your style or not, the roof is still standing, this is now 5 years after that video was made. The proof is in the pudding. Bow ties and soldier courses or not.

Maybe some girl was dancing and made that little hole with her high heels.
