I have a few friends that live in this community and have amazing things to say + I was surprised they had a neighborhood pool at that price point! My friends who live there say most of the planes at the airport are small single engines and that they rarely (if ever) hear any noise - Awesome Video!

Would recommend this community! Being close to the schools is a huge plus, price point is awesome.
That is an amazing house. Here in South Florida you can probably get an old condo with huge HOA for 200K

Cannot recommend Legend Homes. Currently renting this house in one of their other Conroe communities. You get what you pay for- the grass isn’t actual grass (it’s 80% weeds), the drainage pools at the foundation, the HOA does not care about front yards looking awful, and the electrical boxes installed (in Q4 2022) are recalled. Would love to see the job sites of the homes under construction- the ones in our neighborhood are trashed.

Dark or Black or chocolate colors is not good for the house . It looks dim , especially inside the house . Light colors is better . This is my opinion or likes . Is there a house near at Catholic Church ?

I'm interested to get more information on these homes and the area around Conroe, TX. Can you send me a link for more information? I'd also be interested in discussing getting the appliances added and the blinds. Is it possible to buy down the interest rate as well in addition to coming in with a conventional loan. @@livinginhtx the survey doesn't include LOW max budget amounts. There are new construction homes out around Cleveland / Santa Fe $150-$160k, but I am only finding minimal DPA
