Such things donot happen in reality.

If you have money to pay off, pay it off. Our elders tell us to stay away from debt for a reason.

The karma concept is so touching. If he paid the tea seller properly, His defrauder from 6 months ago would not have been caught and he will be living happily in the illegal property.

In India can a customer walk away from a tea shop without paying for the tea they drank? Here in the western world, you cannot do so. In most cafes you have to pay first and then only the Tea will be available to you, either to have in inside the Cafe or as a take away. In some coffee shops and restaurants the bill is brought to you when you get served, and pay before you leave.
