So - first up disclaimers! Security Booth is a game originally built in Unreal Engine 4 and released in 2022 by Kyle Horwood. This is not an official build by Kyle Horwood - this is a fan remake!
This is something I did as a challenge for myself to remake a game in UE5 in 1 day, and then filmed the Security Booth level design remade in UE5 after about 7~ hours of work (yay I achieved my goal of less than 1 day!).
Also important note! I'm not a level designer! I'm actually a programmer, so there are definitely level design errors here and there...
But! I will also shortly be uploading the time lapse of designing this level, and then I will also upload a gameplay video after that as well! So make sure to subscribe to stay in the loop for when that gets uploaded!
Also a note - I definitely know one of the appeals of Security Booth was the retro VHS aspect and this is a total departure from that... But I'm quite proud of it never this less!
