"We are transferring to Sector 4.04, also known as the "missing" sector. The borderline of a known space. There is nothing special about it, except the abandoned station in the asteroid field, probably used by space smugglers. But after the "incident" this sector has become a restricted zone, guarded by the military forces. The information about the actual "incident" is under the "top secret" mark. The rumors, the stories... The only thing they actually say is "the threat is real...". Our mission as a research team is to follow the instructions from the government dead on, if we don't want to risk our lives and freedom. And let's hope that we will see our homes and families again..."
Originally created in August 2021 for One Synth Challenge 150. Most of the sounds are made with TAL-Noisemaker synthesizer, designed with envelopes to create sequences and textures. This is a remix and remaster revision with some added sound effects.
