Your videos are proved very helpfull and knowledgeable to me. I often watch your videos but I think 8:17 in your illustration "A" can not file the suit in Calcutta because the suit can not be filed where the plaintiff resides but where the cause of action has arisen i.e. Banaras or Delhi or Mumbai where the defendants reside.

Where is suit for recovery under O37 be filed in case of recovery of money due to default on payment by defendant leading to breach of terms of contract? I.e whether suit be filed at the place of work of defendant or place of plaintiff ?
