Sir.... Ur way of teaching is great.... Plz answer my question that whether the adverse possession is right or defence? If it is a long term possession due to some license for more than 15 years and after completion of 15 years the license was revoked and suit for eviction instituted..... Will these 15 years be considered adverse possession? Can the defendan claim the defence of adverse possession?
