What if the board of directors are related parties, how will they pass related party transactions? For instance- There are 3 BODs and they are related parties, how will they pass RPT in this case? Because the interested directors cannot vote.

When the Board is Incompetent then the matter will go to members of the company who will approve the transaction.

Is the limit of 2,50,000 is greater than and equal to or just greater than ? Is this video amended for Nov 23 Examinations ?
