Yes ofcourse...sir has mentioned it in 1st point of chart ...parties to proceedings he has mentioned both civil parties as well as criminal parties...so it clearly indicates that admission can be made in both cases☺️☺️
18(2) is not clear ... U didn't explain it fully. Read it once it has something that u forget to tell here.
