Sir, the example you gave suppose D died before E Attained majority then in that case with whom the property will be vested?

Sir ek question! A ne prior interest create kiya B par then uske baad C par and so on but agar B ke baad C par prior interest ayega lekin C ki prior interest se pehle hi death hojati hai toh prior interest directly D par chala jayega??

Sir, I have a question. Suppose A in the year 2000 creates a prior interest for 30 years in favour of A and after that the property was to go to B (unborn child of A) absolutely. Now in 2001, B is born. My question is when would a vesting interest be created in favour of B? Would B wait for 29 years so that the prior interest created in favour of A would be over or would he get the property when he attains majority at age 18?

Any case law?

Life time interest is created for a, b, c and d one after another, and then absolutely to x, an unborn child. If b is dead during a's lifetime and before x is born what will happen?

See section 16 of TPA ,agar prior interest fail hota hai kisi bhi tarah se toh pura interest fail hojata hai aage ka

sr m b aap k ya class join karugi july abhi mera behar ka exam h but sr mera mn hamesa khta h k aap ki class k bas he mujy success milygi y mera dil khta h
