Its scary that people actually follow "scholars" like that.

They don't follow them, they follow their own desires and that Is the essence of kufr.

If they were to spend their lives searching for the truth like Salman al Farsi they wouldn't dare diddle around like that with the rulings. If you lose faith, Allah will replace you with better people.

This is innovation proper, unlike what results from Shaytaan's whispers that prevent some Muslims from incorporating what is permissible in religion into their social and cultural norms and practices like Maulid or Tablighi Jamaat, for example. A social practice is a social practice, it is not a religion or innovation in religion. Those who don't understand this are not men of understanding as Allah calls such people in the Qur'an, but I love and respect them for the sake of Allah :)

Idk where you got this information from, but I’d recommend watch what sheikh Assim al Hakeem says on this topic

@@mohd.wxleedMa shaa Allah, Allah has made me a man of understanding and He guides me. So, I don't need another Ilaah besides Allah to guide me. All praise belongs to Allah and obedience belongs to Allah only. May Allah guide you and forgive you, PEACE :)

@@syedhasan8181 I am extremely confused. Are you claiming to know enough so you don’t need to go to scholars/students of knowledge? Some people could say, for example, that the way some people get married (bride pays instead of the groom etc) is cultural, does that make it ok?

@@mohd.wxleed Every Muslim is or should be a student of knowledge. So, yes, I am a student of knowledge and I have studied and heard both sides of the arguments in these matters. I have considered those arguments and I have come to a conclusion according to the Akkal Allah has gifted me with. Of course, we should go to the scholars to listen to what they have to say about an issue, but in the end, we have to decide for ourselves whether to accept those arguments (not the facts those arguments are based on, that has to be accepted or we are not Muslim) because if we do not use our Akkal, then we are not any better than those Mushriks who do not use their Akkal and blindly follow their forefathers in opposition to Allah. The Jews have taken their Rabbis as their Ilaah beside Allah (and this saying is in the Qur'an or Hadith, I do not remember which one), and if we blindly follow our religious scholars without utilizing our Akkal, then we are no better. So, I am willing to engage in a debate with you about these issues if you would engage with the proper rules of logic, then you are invited to engage in scholarly discourse with me but do not tell me to follow blindly this video maker, who is a Saudi Wahhabi, like you do, because that would be like taking this person as an Ilaah beside Allah just like the Jews do. So, this is my final advice to you: when you get some religious information from anyone including your Sheikh, go and check its validity and what other scholars say about the matter, and then make your own informed decision about this. PEACE :)

How can you say the Quran was perfectly preserved when there are variant scripts such as the Sanaa Quran?

Anyone who doesn’t believe in the day of judgement? Does Mohammed have to experience the day of judgement? Muslim answer: no. Then does Mohammed believe in the day of judgement? Muslim answer: no. Then is Shaik right that someone who doesn’t believe in the day of judgement is a Khafir? Muslim answer: No the Shaik is wrong.
