Remind values in short and sweet way 5.Are we giving our kids short term pleasure for out comfort and convenience 6. Food affects kids behavior (very very true) 7. Talk to kids when they are calm. I am following most of these points, but I have to be better in all aspects.

If I focus more on kids studies and spending time with them ,my dependency in office is reducing and leadership hesitates to handover an imp delivery.I hope every working mother needs to compromise in their carrier growth and in every IT industry working mother employee count is very less especially in leadership position. This is best video to all mothers how to handle the children in correct way. now-a-days parents are working so the children have no quality time to spend with parents so every should realise themselves and then only our next generation will get good manners and ethics so we have to give them time, patience and value to every children because they have very sensitive heart to learn it's not so easy andi but expressing every point is very nice andi I want to watch this video no. of times swapna garu good thougths and points very heart touching. I have a boy he has 7 years old and I will tell to do every work in kitchen because he will do very interesting in every aspect. I will appreciate his work and I delegate it how to do easily andi he is my best hero to me so when ever we are allotting like this they don't get bore in holiday time so this is one of the way to allot different works. They feel very happy to do work with us. Keep going like this swapna garu 👍👏👏👏

Purely my personal opinion andi.... Till 7th std, pillalaki school lo cheppe maths chaalandi. And manam intlo kuda vaallaki concept artham avuthundho ledho observe chesi, vallaki maname artham ayye laaga cheppali, practice chepinchaali. Parents are best teachers andi. I never send my kid to tution or any online classes atleast till 7th. Me / my husband personally sit with him and help him to understand all the subjects make him study. Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division ee basic concepts pillalaki complete ga artham ayi, alavatu avvataniki chaala time paduthundi, holidays vasthe they may forget also. And malli tution/ online class lu petti vedic mathatics/shortcuts ante, valla basics (add, sub, mul, div) motham confuse ayipothaaru. Manam ela chaduvukunnamo, ela perigaaamo pillalani alanti life peraganidhaaam. Don't stress them.
