This is Enlightenment propaganda, the "dark ages" is a myth, it was just the early middle ages where we don't have a lot of sources on the time period so a lot is shrouded in mystery. There was an intermingling of church and state but this wasn't bad for the people, it only hurt the church which had the nobility using it as its chessboard sort of.

No, the Dark Ages is called "The Dark Ages" because so little is known about that era due to the lack of any kind of records. Politics has always invaded religions, any religions actually so that's nothing new. Also the Middle Ages isn't the Dark Ages. They are two separate eras.

You forgot about the book of Enoch, that described angels of unique discription of angels.

Sadly the church does not recognize it, even though Jesus himself quoted phrases from the book; it may have been written 300 years prior to his birth, but so were a few other texts that have been included in the Old Testament. Be Amazed always sticks to the documented facts, but the Book Of Enoch should get its own video!!!

They are also forgetting that only a tiny minority of human beings are bad and they are larger amounts of people who are very kind and moral. They are just giving bad things more attention since it gets more views. Many of Be Amazed's more recent videos are upsetting us more than educating us. The Book of Enoch is an interesting read from what I am told but it contradicts many scriptures of the prophets I am told. Admittedly I do not know first hand. I have been told this is why it is not part of our current Bible.

I think you were very brave to cover something like the secrets of The Vatican. Many people don't like it when you ask questions but it especially applies to a lot of (but not all) religious folk.

Yes, this is exactly right. Demon possession is real, but very rare. Mental illness is much more common. If someone with authority is unable to cast out a demon, it is almost always because it was actually mental illness.

One of the first tests that I noticed is a home visit, interview, then say a prayer. Then the priest can write a report on that part.

I just want to point out that angels apparently are pretty flexible in appearance, depending on what they're doing. Interacting with humans? Humanoid. Meteorology? Bizarre wheel within wheels and lots of eyes. They themselves are the tool God uses, therefore they become what is needed.

The true form of the angels are a lot scarier as we imagined, but despite that. They look cool, scary and cool.

As has been documented many times in history, contact with remote peoples puts those people in danger of catching something they have zero immunity to whereas we are completely unharmed. Whenever explorers or missionaries travelled to such places and peoples, they risked putting those people in harms way as well as putting themselves in harms way to something they weren’t immune to. It was not done on purpose since back then it wasn’t known that such harm could be caused.

While performing exorcism, there should be a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman & camera crew to document the event

It was my reading a passage in the bible where I believe it was Ezekiel encountered a being whose face shone brighter than a thousand suns whilst holding 7 stars in the palm of his or its hand which woke my interest in all things supernatural & paranormal. An author called Paul Wallis whom was employed by the Anglican Church to teach & study said ancient scriptures for decades slowly questioned the translations of the Hebrew texts that make up Bible passages & has very interesting interpretations concerning the chapters of Genesis & Ezekiel in his book Escape From Eden. 👍

That’s the thing though, nobody can prove what is real and what isn’t. Its just as reasonable to say there is an omnipotent deity watching us from wherever heaven is supposed to be as it is to say that humans came from monkeys. Nobody can say what is real and what is not, people who wish to say this is real or that is real are nothing but fools as they can never do so without doubt. All that science has discovered can be reinforced by Christians and their beliefs, humans came from monkeys, well it said that all creatures and man came from the dust of the earth thus we all came from the same place. The Big Bang, well in the beginning it says God commanded “Let there be light”, explaining that the big bang was the response to the command. The differences in Earths history from the recording of the Bible to the believed discovery of the age of the Earth, as one of my science professors says as he claims most believe philosophical science an embarrassment to the scientific community; well it claims Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden for a period we don’t know, so when they left millennia upon millennia may have passed. Nobody can claim what is real and those that do only show how foolish they are as they can never truly prove it.

A friend of mine who is a Hebrew scholar has access to this vault. He gained access while in his early 40s. Through his work he discovered the proper pronunciation of the Hebrew name of YHVH. Concerning Cherubim and Seraphim and Angels. According to the first two, there are only two of each and they are as Ezekiel describes. Angels on the other hand are different - more human-like. Angels do not have wings. In the medieval world they were presented having wings because how else would the descend and ascend between heaven and earth? But in reality, the are without feathers.

right. i was wondering why the narrator forgot to mention how Abraham received the 3 "visitors" just before sodom and Gomorrah. they were angels but they must have looked like regular people, why else would he prepare a meal for them? This channel's depiction of an angel with wheels and eyes was funny and cute. but when I read ezekiel's description as a child i never thought of it as "hellish;" , rather awesome. this narrator sounds like he is atheist and proud of it.

I disagree. I had a visitation from archangel Michael and although he didn't have what I would describe as feather wings he had light/plasma looking wings and an illuminated body. He also would speak for a time on my portal spirit box and since spirits have on occasion mentioned his presence with trepidation and sometimes glee, but as a paranormal investigator and psychic medium who has done many demonic deliverances and been involved in exorcisms ... most of the spirits that pop up are not friendly. Michael helped with some of those cases. You may not believe but then again how would you know what angels look like? Spirits, including demons, which I've also seen, can appear as they want us to see them as or as they want to be seen as. The demons I've seen look more like trolls or the old dracula Nosferatu.

The "angels" in the thumbnail were depictions from a vision. They were not literal. The vision was full of symbolism. Many eyes means far seeing or great insight. Many wings usually indicates speed. Also, I beleive these were cherubim and/or seraphim, not angels. They are seperate hosts of Heaven.

Its not like he needs to fund anything to make it happen, he could do such things with a snap of his fingers in fact, I believe god if he exists and was good would push such a family to save up that money and not waste it on the church, in fact if god believed a church needed money, and he was powerful... he could just... snap his fingers and poof money appears, if you are having difficulties with money, focus on yourself before focusing on the church, trust me god if he is good would not punish you for such a thing.

@@moonstar1014 I am only 15 and I am still learning about how God works but what I do know is that he loves everyone even the murders and when we give money in faith to God he gives it back ten fold. If God gave us money just because we wanted it or for our pleasure we would not be thankful and we would become greedy. We give to God because he loves us, gave us life, this earth and everything we have. God gives us what we need not what we want when we want it. God loves you and he wants you to know he cares about you.😊

This ist always quite funny to see on das KZread. :-) I visited das Vatican Archives two times helping past professors research past events for their papers. It ist true that access to das Vatican Archives ist limited to scholars most often, und those who are allowed must take a 2 hour class there mostly about das proper methods und procedures to in handling artifacts und manuscripts, but once you have been given access then you have access to das entire archives except for a few restricted areas that no one ist allowed. There ist many wonderful things to see. I've personally held in my hands und read very old Sumerian & Babylonian Cuneiform tablets. Honestly, if someone wishes to keep secret something they have in their haus, then that ist their business...not mine at all. If they wish me to know of it then they will show me. Das Vatican should be given similar rights to hideaway anything they wish in their haus as well...That ist their business alone und no one else's. Auf Wiedersehen :-)

Unfortunately the fact remains that many Catholic men who becomes a religious or a cleric (Brother, monk or priest) should never be allowed do so, they usually spend several years before final vows/ordination and you'd think that would be enough time to 'weed out' those not suited for that position.
