The more I think about it, the more I think you're onto something with this "mental bandwidth" concept. In fact, I think one could build a career around it with a book, etc. Needs a catchy name like "Chicken Soup for the Soul" had...

I've noticed a lot of the guru podcast shows have case studies/success stories that are very much out of date... example might be interviewing someone that succeed during covid or as far back as 2015. Maybe it's a trend but I haven't seen any good case studies since hyperinflation and crappy economy went into overdrive. Anyone else notice this?

This is so true, took me a few months to figure it out, but totally spot on.

@@MilesB it was disappointing, because I fell for it. It was a good learning experience though…I learned what I was good at, and what I wasn’t and what I wanted my online space to look like. I wish I had known all of this when I started my blog 10 years ago…but…live and learn! Lol

I started to experience exhaustion this year, my gmail had become full and its because of subscribing to all this guru content, I started this back in 2018 thinking I will be a CPA affiliate marketer using paid ads. Lol! Jokes on me. I am currently deleting all those emails because google was trying to charge me for storage.🤦🏾‍♂️
