Secrets of the Superagers’ Dr. Michael Mosley

The science of aging comes into the spotlight in Secrets of the Superagers, presented by Dr. Michael Mosley. The series, produced by the BBC Studios Science Unit and co-produced with Migu, sees Dr. Mosley traveling the world to meet people who seem to have unlocked the secrets to defying aging. He collects their secrets and investigates the science behind their claims and, in doing so, provides viewers with tangible tips on how to live longer, healthier lives. The show covers every part of the aging process, providing opportunities to question and change how people age.
Dr. Mosley sat down with TV Real’s Mansha Daswani to talk about some of the insights shared in Secrets of the Superagers and the keys to making complex scientific ideas easy (and entertaining) to digest.

So very sad he didn’t make it to 74 and beyond. Thank you Dr Mosley for all your hard work in educating us to get fitter and lead healthier lives. RIP
He did help others to live very long, he had a good heart ❤️ 😢

It breaks your heart because he truly did incredible work and genuinely cared about living well and living longer. I hope his wife continues his legacy, and my heart goes out to her and their children. ❤💔
I really Admired this man. So relatable. Kind man. I don't understand though why he would go out in the Heat. And go.walking. without a phone etc. He's a Doctor married to a doctor. It just doesn' make sense. Rip Michael 🌹💐💐💐

He knew a lot about some stuff, but they just didn't know enough about heat effects on the body. I live in Australia am slim like he is & about his age - I know all about it & feel unwell easily and take precautions.
His death is a total tragedy. Dreadful for his family and for the medical world. Rest in peace Michael.🙏

He sure wasn’t as smart as he thought he was….going to Greece in the summer was a really bad career move.
Like many Thank You,Thank You,Thank You, for all that you have done to help so many around the world and yes I am one of those who have benefited from your enthusiastic approach to leading a healthy quality life 🙏

@@PJMcInerney Dr. Mosley says here he wants to live beyond 74, I simply pointed out the sad fact that it won't happen as he passed aged 67. Hope I simplified my "point" enough for you to understand..

Not a v useful interview. What is the difference bw superagers and others? What do they do differently? These main wuestions were not adressed
Never liked dr Mosley, I thought his 5/2 and 800 diets were really dumb…restrictive diets never work people can’t keep them up.
