Thanks for the video. We just changed our July reservation of 8 nights to Secrets Moxche from Secrets Playa Mujeres and are so excited about visiting this newer resort. The beach gets a bit of bad reviews yet, looked ok in your video. Pools look amazing. Loved the video.

Thanks for tuning in to our channel!! It does help, you do not have to get up too early but if you want a good spot stopping by on the way to breakfast would help. There are SO many pools though there was typically a spot at each pool throughout the day.

Enjoyed the video. Going to Moxche next week. I've read reviews that say the pools are cold even though they say they are heated. What did you think?

Hi! Thanks for tuning in! It depends on the room category selected and time of year, generally it’s probably around 15% +\- more than the standard room (all things equal, comparing a club ocean view to a regular ocean view).

This resort is absolutely stunning! We will definitely be staying here! Is the golf simulator included or is it a fee to use? Love the videos! Will you be checking any Hyatt zilaras out?

@@michaelchung8545i have stayed at both and i would choose hyatt zilara/ziva in punta cana, we were very disappointed at the beach at moxche, and the overall experience from how we were treated. I know it is a fairly new resort but I don’t think it compares.

Honestly, it was small for the size of the resort. We are regular gym goers and this was one of the few points of improvement we saw in the resort. That said, for a vacation, it was fine. Could be a tad bigger with more equipment though. Wouldn’t let it change my plans though

What is the difference in Moxche, Preferree level and Impressions?

Hi! They have a breakfast buffet open for breakfast and lunch, you can always opt for those for those two meals, TONS of options and very nice ambience in the buffet area. Is it Handicap accessible? Are wheelchairs available?

The wine lounge is an extra charge BUT definitely worth it, really enjoyed the selection they had in there!

Hi Beezer! It would depend on what's most important to you. All the resorts mentioned are fantastic, with Impressions Isla being the newest (we're trying to get there later this year for a VLOG). Impressions does not have much of a beach, if that's important to you look at Le Blanc or Moxche. Le Blanc has a much smaller feel. Le Blanc and Moxche have elite food quality (Impressions Isla should as well). How's the beach? Another video said it was terrible, but it didn't look bad in this video. Our trip will be early January and a good beach is important. Also, any idea about Gluten Free food options? One family member has celiac.

Hi Nancie! Thanks for tuning in! The beach was fine, it’s not the biggest beach we’ve seen at the resort but I would describe it as adequate. That area of Cancun isn’t known for their beaches. But what it lacks in beach it more than makes up for in pools and is still and elite all-inclusive resort! Highly recommend this place!

As for dietary restrictions, your servers always ask when you check in at the restaurants and can accommodate any specific diet needs.

Very very close, I would call it a tie honestly. BUT Hyatt Zilara has the best breakfast buffet we've ever seen outside of Las Vegas! Amazing!

Can’t go wrong with either, Moxche has better entertainment in our opinion. Both very elite resorts!

I need a recommendation for a resort Xcaret Mexico style. If I want burgers, steaks, or Asian food I can grab it anywhere in the US. Xcaret Mexico is great for their Mexican cuisine but I have to pay $$$.

Is it worth bringing snorkel gear or nothing to see off the beach? thanks!

It’s not the best snorkeling off the beach, if you want to do that I’d book an excursion over to Cozumel. Hope this helps!!

No issues, we used bottled water in the rooms, and drank the water provided to us in the restaurants.

For the cost it better be the best.

Without considering time of year to travel some of the best food we've had would be Le Blanc (Cancun or Cabo, but Cabo's beach is large but mostly not swimmable), Secrets Moxche, Atelier Playa Mujeres, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana, Sandals Grenada just to name a few.

Consider Secrets Akumal-you can snorkel with turtles right from the resort beach. I’ve been twice in the past two years and the food and service was excellent both times! Highly recommend-and I’m picky.

Very close! We will do a podcast comparing the two. To high level it, Moxche had sliiiightly better pools (it's close), Atelier has a much better beach. They are very comparable though!

Beautiful place but are tips not included in your higher pricing at this resort? Is this not an all inclusive? Some of the perks is not having to carry money or things around at all inclusives. Or is this just an American conditioning.
