I am going through a lot of rough stuff do to having multiple sclerosis, and having to stay at home a lot or be isolated in one way or another due to certain medications. You are so smart & wise, to search for ways to do self-care. Laughter therapy, such as laughter yoga, is a real thing. Laughing does wonders for pain management and speeds up healing. The national MS organization has local chapters, and I've seen them offer some wonderful services, and tips for providers. Best wishes, you sound awesome, and I hope you receive the book!
