Johnny has more fans now than he did before the trial. I was never really a fan of his, I saw a few movies of his over the years and I thought he was a good actor. I heard of him visiting children’s hospitals as Captain Jack and thought that was so awesome of him, so I knew he was a good person but not really a fan. Now I am more of a fan and I followed the trial relentlessly. I have studied narcissistic people because I and a friend were victims of one so that made me more of a fan knowing how much he suffered from this woman.

She has a fundamental right to appeal regardless of paying him, but she can’t stop him from collecting judgment while the appeal process moves forward unless she puts up a bond of the full amount. So essentially, Johnny can start enforcing judgment and take away any money she has to pay for the appeal process. Those lawyers aren’t going to work pro-bono and the insurance she had isn’t going to cover it and are likely to sue her for reimbursement because the verdict included actual malice (aka willful misconduct). Things are going to get very interesting very soon.

“I just want Johnny to leave me alone”, so I am going to string this out as long as I can.

When will she be charged because of all her lies?

Amber was convicted of defamation with malicious intent; she DID abuse her spouse and lied about it publicly by claiming he abused her. The fact that legacy media is defending her shows how far our societal pendulum has swung to the opposite side. Our laws need to catch up as well. People can get away with a lot before they legally break the law. It is horrible to their victims.

I don't think the jury wanted to see it online. They spent all day in court listening to all the witnesses, evidence, etc and were probably sick of hearing about it. I know I wouldn't want to hear anything about it if I was on the jury. I'd be so tired that seeing more about it all day that I wouldn't want to spend my free time thinking about it.

Tug has already pointed out, that one thing is a sealed document, of A.H's attempt to settle out of court, right before the case was heard.

Yeah...her settlement Docs. Tried to have settlement talks before trial. I suppose Johnny team said, No, the TRUTH must be exposed!

I would love to be able to see Jennifer Howell’s FULL deposition or transcript at least because she was talking about Whitney and everything that was told to her. Hopefully a lot will be revealed in these unsealed documents! 🙌🏼🏴‍☠️

It’s pretty simple, her testimony was that the night of the staircase fight Whitney went to Jennifer’s. Whitney told jennifer what really happened, that amber attacked Johnny and Whitney thought amber was going to kill Johnny and Whitney stopped amber from doing so and then Johnnys bodyguard stepped in. But because she wasn’t an eye witness her testimony wasn’t allowed. That’s basically it.

I want to see all these mountains of evidence for sure.

Talk to our friend TUG, he has at least several of the unsealed documents, he has at least a couple videos on them. 😊

JD should hire The Real Laura B for PR or a management position. She is right on and does her homework. Love her show.

This ongoing refusal to accept the judgment, reminds me of how she’d pursue him from room to room to room and why he had to get extra hotel rooms just to escape her. This behavior just reinforces what he testified about her.

I love the way Runkle of the Bailey described it. It was like playing soccer and seeing an opponent get confused which direction they were facing and run the ball into their own goal. Like why would you bring up those hashtags anyway? You're not even supposed to bring up social media in the first place.

Saying Johnny wants it filmed just so the world will love him again cause he's not getting any work anymore, Nobody in msm ever corrected that significant detail smh, Johnny was humiliated at the beginning of trial having to show all those pics with him passed out with the ice cream melting and the drugs on his table, thankfully it all turned around by May when Turd was exposed with her demonic audio 👍

I hope Judge Penny can bar EB from ever appearing before her in any other trial. She's just pathetic.

Lol. When I saw the 'EB" abbreviation, my brain automatically went to EVE BARLOW, and definitely NOT Elaine. For those not as invested in the case, Eve Barlow is a *journalist* who also is the significant other to AH currently. During the trial, Ms. Barlow was kicked out of the courtroom by Judge A. for live tweeting in the gallery.

God 9 days left until she can’t mess with Johnny or the trial again 😂😂😂 she will still run her mouth but honestly if we ignore her she will shut up 😂😂

And when she's on the stand she searching in her mind for a way to include her daughter to remind them she's a mother, and then she adds in they threatened to put my baby into a microwave. She's a habitual liar and not a good one. I'm sure the jury caught that remark and saw through it.

All the "hearsay" will be VERY illuminating regarding AH.

One major things that was previously sealed but now unsealed was Amber Heard's discussion to settle in March 2022. Why would Amber Heard want to settle the case out of court? Is it because she knew from the start that she would lose and that the case going to trial would ruin her reputation? Also we know that Amber Heard believes that the 10.35 million is excessive, so perhaps it was her trying to pay a lesser amount from the start. We know Johnny Depp wasn't in it for the money and just wanted his life back. Settling would sweep the whole situation under the rug. Heard would pay Depp some money, the world may still believe Heard's lies, and Depp would still be branded an abuser. Because of the trial, the world got to see both Amber and Johnny for who they really were. We saw AH as the abusive, narcissistic, gold-digging liar that she is. We also saw JD as the introverted, abused actor who had a drug and alcohol problem. AH being a narcissist wants to hide her flaws from the world because she wants to believe she's the perfect human-being. JD was willing to expose his flaws to show that he's not the man AH tried to display him as. AH wanted to keep these things sealed because she's a narcissist, and these things will only point out more of her flaws. The perfect human-being in her eyes is herself. In one of her media rants she said that people target her because they're jealous of her beauty, and something was even posted after the trial on why "scientifically" AH is the best looking woman. Clearly she did this to try to compensate for her flaws pointed out by the trial.

I don't think she knew she would lose since the case was very difficult for Depp to win in the first place. I think she knew it would hurt her reputation, that was probably the main reason.

She may have been beautiful at one point in time, but that time has passed. Her disfigured face is swollen (alcohol, drugs, weight gain) and displays bad plastic surgery like the cheek implants. Mostly, it’s her personality coming thru which makes her ugly

That’s the problem. She really doesn’t think what she’s doing is wrong. Nobody can get through to her. Especially Elaine egging this on. I think she’s still madly in love with JD and nothing will stop her. Nothing! She’s actually nuts and I’m not sure how JD dealt with her that long. She could have lived a nice life with Johnny, all she had to do was support him, be a wife. Yes he had big problems but she used that to her advantage.

Anything that could have made JD look bad that hasn't already been aired out during the trial, if it exists, given how he was during the trial, he would own it if it's true.

I'm not particularly surprised that Amber can't let it go. I'm a paralegal who has worked for a state government administrative law agency for 25 years. There are some complainants who just can't let it go, no matter how clear it is that they have nothing in terms of evidence (university professors are by far the worst in this regard). They will lose at every level and just continue appealing upward until all options are exhausted, losing every single appeal. That's how I feel about Amber's pointless appeal. Just take the loss and move on. We're all exhausted.

Dr. Spiegel is not dissimilar to the professors I've had to listen to and summarize their testimony for the review commission.

Simplest solution is often the right one so like the other person said, the money is probably the biggest motivator. Another part of it could be that she’s put so much time and effort and frustration into this case that it’s making it hard to let go. I forget the name for it but it’s this psychology thing that basically states the humans REALLY do not like abandoning projects we’ve but a lot of mental resource and time into.

I had wondered the same thing given she had various awards. Another barrister pointed out - you can get awards from various associations by being good at schmoozing or fundraising, etc. - NOT because you're a good lawyer.

Actually the jury couldn't have been, they were sworn NOT to view social media about the case. I mean we all know human nature,but they all would have known the importance of this trial..they weren't supposed to view any until the case was over. I truly believe the jury made their decision based on the Case shown in front of them in the courtroom.

The only reason why Heards hearsay was not allowed but some of Johnnys was allowed is because Johnny was able to have the actual witness of supposed hearsay testify, but Heards did not have her hearsay testify in court..like Camille said “nobody showed up for you, but lots of people showed up for Johnny”.

Elaine is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Some woman/women with integrity need to do a documentary on Amber’s life-all the lies about her upbringing she’s told over the years, all her violence, all the people who’ve worked with her and saw the drug use, the aggressive behavior, the horrible acting, the targeting wealthy men and women who are way more talented and established than she is to get ahead in her own career/life. Physically & emotionally attacking her employees, her friends, her sister, her intimate partners, and the arrest (assuming there’s only one but I suspect there are more), and why it wasn’t prosecuted (a mistake to this day but I understand the resources issue). Also how she appropriates other people’s life stories and makes them her own. How she changes her look and her behaviors, down to the books she reads and the way she designs her home & how she becomes a replica of the people she’s targeting. So much in how disturbed & disturbing she is. Someone needs to take this on.

I think the biggest weakness of JD's strategy is they should have brought in physical blunt force trauma or forensic medical experts to discuss what happens to a face/body when, for example, someone is punched repeatedly with a ringed closed fist. The phony pics were pretty good at debunking, but I think to talk scientifically about skin, swelling, blood, damage, etc, would have helped. They could have proved more conclusively that her claims did not match a little dark spot, and that makeup can't cover swelling.

Maybe they didn't have the feeling it was necessary because with common sense, it should be assumed that hey, Amber is lying. We have all these photos that prove Amber lied. Plus, she said stuff on the audio tapes that make her look bad. Camille said they just used Amber's own lies against her. That's basically all they needed. But I can see what you mean. I just don't think they thought they needed that. Although it would have been interesting to have those experts on the stand.🤷‍♀️

Jd had a rebuttal witness for this exactly. However AH team did not call their witness so therefore JD injury expert was not allowed in. (After court motions is wherr you can learn about this more)

Great!! I’m very interested in seeing the information. When I watched the trial I learned so much.

I am no fan of Judge Piero (sp?) but appreciated that she came out with a statement saying the damage done to victims & survivors of DV & SA, and to the Me, Too movement was all the result of AH's lies and that AH rode on the movement's coattails to further her agenda.

I wonder if there’s Botox / cosmetic surgery appointments within her medical records that correspond to days where she alleges she was hit.

I stopped watching MSM several years before the pandemic. This trial really showed how MSM presents a story with bias, and a narrative that they want the audience to agree with. The fact that the internet had places where you could get all the facts as they were released and see the whole picture is what made a difference in this trial, and explains why I left MSM. I often had tons of questions about certain stories that never got answered. Mainly because MSM tells you what to think about a story, and doesn't present you with all the facts so you can make your own informed decision. They don't want free thinkers.
