I might be able to provide a little bit of assistance with the RXBC puzzle code. There an audio recording in the game that say out the letters RXBC in NATO Phonetics Alphabet, and you have to correlate the amount of time you R, X, B and C. So remember: in NATO Phonetics, R is Romeo, X is X-Ray, B is Bravo, and C is Charlie. Hopefully this is able to provide you with a little bit of help.

Huh, I knew this game is gonna be confusing with it’s secrets. But man, the code really is confusing. I can’t exactly guess what that means either, rxbc. I also wasn’t expecting the game to be somewhat meta with the secret room, but it’s really cool that it is. This game really is really good at keeping people guessing to figure things out.

Maybe RXBC refers to the phone keypad? 7922. That's literally all I can think of.
