Well there's one more trick to get real time rendered audio, go to settings and below the multicore processing option there's another option called sound mode. It's safe by default, turn it to ultrasafe. After that u might notice some delay in the ui and audio but the sound u will get is lag free, do try it ;)

Midi only contain the chord pattern or whatever you made in piano roll. Edit: if you want to make your project sound same like you made then next time save in flm format

Two major methods that I apply: 1. Turn of the high frequency instruments. 2. Put a param equalizer on master channel and put a high cut on it.

Go to fl studio mobile setting section and turn on "multi core processing" and below that you'll see sound mode, now select it to ultra safe mode. Now all set. Please do this and let me know.

Look bpm is going to be fixed in this case. But tempo will change you click on the audio file and press on pitch option and make automation.
