Thanks very much! 100%, he’s incredibly knowledgeable. Minimum is 7, or at least 7 occupants. Bit of a grey area, but ideally you’d want 7 beds with en-suites / or clear signs it’s a commercial asset.

One issue with HMO in some areas, is lack of parking. Especially outside of cities, where people are more likely to want to drive.

Great video! Going through a HMO refurb myself now and thought it was only Shawbrook who would do the refinance so will look at Paragon as rates are better!

Yes but at the point of purchase you are unlikely to have any certainty or guarantee that you will get planning / approval for the HMo
