i found the room. the shouts are there. i picked up all the weapons and armors... took me more than two hours storing them from my inventory and into chests in my lakeview manor. carrying 72000+ in weight when you can only carry 480 ... the lag was real :) thanks for the link to this room. now i need to increase my magika to cast them high magika spells lol

AaronfromJ6B u can finf the chillrend if u do the thieves gild quest line. And in one of the missions u infiltrate a house to get something and in that room you will see a display case with it in there.

It defeats the purpose of "playing" a game if you are going to use codes, hacks, etc. and cut corners, imho.

If you have it on Xbox, its a mod called Cheat Room. (PS4 may also support it) If your'e referring to PC then I can't personally help you there.

I don't think so. You can enter the console command "cos qasmog" (no quotations) and you'll have access to all weapons and such contained withing chest.
