I read a lot of negative comments here, but for some of us that are part time welders or fabricators, and do not have a full set of tools, only a manual grinder/cuter this is very illustrative. I will definetely build my own working table with this instructions...wish me luck

This table is kind of gimmicky. I would never advise someone to build something like this. Better have a solid metal table. Then you add a hard rubber or thick plywood on top when needed. And you dont need the plywood or hard rubber to cover the whole table, just half will do. And basically it's only use is to dampen the sound.

Great video, Sergey. And yes, it is cost-effective. Difference is for those of us who were schooled in "Eastern" Europe, the technician is taught to perform numerous tasks. Welding, grinding, cutting, shaping... All of this is part of the curriculum. And of course, drawing and measuring.
Thanks a lot for your great welding video ! Very inspiring indeed. Thanks for sharing !!!
I'm just learning to weld, I think this is a perfect welding table. Thanks for the great idea. 👍
This was a lot of great work and tips. Thank you for sharing.
Sergey, you are doing some fine things here. Many of the little geometric tricks that you perform in this video are impressive, but not too cost effective for those of us who must work for a living.
Sometimes it not about if there are better/faster ways. It’s about the outcome. Having the knowledge how to do things different ways with the same outcome, make people like this guy very valuable. ...."in my humble opinion"
Simple and clear ! Thank you.
this is very useful idea, and we can use it in our everyday life. Good job!
Parabéns.. bom trabalho ! Congratulations.. good job !
I'm not a welder. I use to cut the steel on the Radiack saw and I did the grinding to remove the weld slag for the welders. You do good work. Impressive. Quality work. I can tell you are a really good welder.= that takes pride in his work.

THANKS FOR POSTING One thing, though..., turn your voltage and wire speed down and you can run a continuous bead instead of tacks, so when you grind it smooth, you're not grinding all your strength away. I'm not trolling...just helping the fellow out. Adjust your power till your bead sounds like frying bacon. If it's too jumpy, cut your wire speed back a tad. You need a closer wire stick out, for thinner metal and if you have a thick metal and a thin metal, throw most if your heat onto the thicker metal and wash back onto your thinner. Use an elongated cursive e pattern as you move. When you get to the end of your run, double back on itself before you stop. That wat you wont blow a hole in your edge. You'll see a BIG difference.
Boas dicas em diversos segmentos!
