Don't wait for your competitors (those who do the same business with you)
Listen if you don't upgrade your designs, packaging of your shop(neatness), attitude towards customers (relationship with people around you "minding your business") creating new modern designs (at least something different from your usual or old patterns of bags and shoes making) if you don't change or improve yourself my dear your competitors will come and open shops directly opposite or besides you and they will takeover your community, don't be too slow, if you are not strong people will take you down. If your shop environment is safe security wise, if it's a fast developing area then don't leave, stay there, grab more shops , add other packages like selling something that community need/don't have.
