Once, I was in a game in map 3. I was chasing a leader, but she removed the bridge, separating us. She then starts laughing, but she forgot one thing... I was a butcher. I had a hook ;)

I love the butcher! He's a perfect class in my eyes, sure there a probably some small tweaks needed here and there but all and all he's good where he is right now. Edit: Actually I know one improvement that I got from my friend. The butcher's hook cooldown needs to be shorter if it hit something that wasn't a kid.

No, the cooldown should be higher. Like 10-15 seconds. People who use the butcher just spam the hook and it would be so unbalanced and unfair.

The Butcher Hook sucks because you can grab childs with it. The hook destroy the complete balancing. It would be much cooler when you can use the hook to swing or get from the ground to the top of the house or something like this.

To be honest i feel like there are more kid classes then neighbor classes but the problem comes from the fact that the kid classes ability dont do much which is why i think they would need a rework to make them a bit more agile against the neighbor not to the point of making it hard to catch but to allow kids to get away easy making the neighbor less a camper and more a big thinker

I think to balance out the butcher, you tinybuild should make it so if you gave a pot on your head, the hook will grab the pot instead of the kid, as well as make it possible to find/make (engineer class) a sort of shield that will deflect the hook if held between hook and kid.

I'm torn between Clown and Butcher neighbor as my favorites.

The butcher looks really fun to play and im totally excited about it, but if it turns out to be overpowered, I recommend either nerfing the range or adding a longer cooldown to the hook. Besides that, this new class looks really great!

I think the Butcher is in a good place. Kids have opportunities to survive from him but he is powerful enough to take them out without major struggles or frustration. I haven't had so much fun playing Neighbor in a long time, and i have been playing the game since the Halloween alpha days lol so I'm pretty happy with this class addition. The real thing that need balancing and a major buff is the other two Neighbor classes. Now almost everyone uses Butcher cause both Clown and Scary Neighbor are and have been really underpowered.

the butcher is in need of a few buffs, first of all, he is a "tank" class, yet he lacks any actually combat abilities. Prehaps give him something like rage or an area denial thing like the smokebomb. secondly, the hook needs to be just a smigd faster. that's all since the hook is kinda on the slow side.

I think he should have the ability to switch what's on the end of his rope. First, you open a wheel menu like the Emote wheel, and choose a item. Like the Neighbor's beartraps, the butcher should bend over, and tie something to his rope and it should take about 3 seconds or so to do. Here's what I think could work for this. Cleaver: Like the meat hook, but it is faster. It becomes slightly longer too. However you lose about 20-45% of your health if you miss. Cool down: 12 seconds Fake Key: You can throw this on the ground, and when a kid trys to pick it up, you pull them in. The rope can be seen, but it becomes slightly transparent if you hide in a closet. Walking too far away will make the key come back to you. Cooldown: 5 seconds Net: When it hits a kid, it will trap them. They can spam the jump button to slowly increase a meter which when full will let them escape. You reel the kids in slowly, but you can walk while doing so. Getting close to the kid won't slow down the amount of time it takes to pull the kid in. If you, or the kid in the net are hit with an item, the net breaks and they're set free. Cooldown: 25 seconds Clipper: Attaches to a wall, and creates a trip wire. If a kid runs into this, they will become stunned. If you move too far away, it will come back and hit you, dealing damage. Cooldown: 20 And finally... Grappler: When thrown, it will go far, and will cling onto a wall, then you'll be pulled on to that wall. You can jump off safely, taking less fall damage then usual. Stay on there too long, and you will take max fall damage. Cooldown: 1m 40 seconds.

Here are some Fanmade classes I wish they would’ve added: Sheriff: sheriff is a girl who Gains the ability to use Her toy rifle with 10 bullets if she saves a kid from the neighbor two times. Vision: vision is a boy Who gained the ability to see through any wall if the neighbor uses his radar once. Tattletale: tattletale is a boy if he spots the neighbor three times he can tell everyone which class is the neighbor. And the name of that Player playing that class will appear on top of the screen. Seeker: seeker is a girl if she stays by herself for two minutes she will gain the ability to know where the neighbor is for three minutes. And that’s all the classes I wish they added. 10 classes if they added this in The game would be even more fun

So the seeker would be too op imo, the tattletale would be kind of useless because if the neighbor is clown neighbor or the butcher neighbor and transforms in the kid,you would alr know who is the neighbor then sheriff would be once again,too op and vision is actually not a bad idea but again it would be kind of useless because there are alr some radar buttons that the kid can use,but great ideas !

The Butcher in my opinion, is sorta balanced. The trade of for being slow but can smell enemies I think is very balanced, however, the hook I think is a bit over powered. Maybe the hook should have a limit on how far it can, so you can't hook someone on top of a building when they are on the ground. I also think that the crow ability is balanced and fine. Overall, I think The Butcher is a very good neighbour and I'm definitely going to be using him!

Have you tried the new update where the hook is on a 10-second cooldown? When the Butcher was first added he could just spam the ability all match. It was nuts. Haha

The Butcher is my favorite neighbor

At the first major update the meat hook's calm down was only 2 second it was an over power abilitiy, but i like it. No.1 Because the butcher is slower than the child so need a fast calm down to hit the child and the child can easily save their friends because the slowness of the butcher so i think it was balace, No.2 if we fail to catch the child there is another chace to catch the child. But now the hook's calm down is 10 second, it's difficult to kill the child. No.1 because run of the butcher was slower than the child and the child's throwing distance is far so it was easy for them to save their friends, No.2 not necessarily the hook can hit the child.

Tip: you can run as the kid and then turn into the neighbour and get them

The butcher neighbor balances between good players and bad players but when good players get it and play against good players it becomes unfair

I love secret neighbor and it's gameplay, it's like among us but a POV game, a puzzle game, online gameplay and roles, but the thing i always wonder. who is the best Neighbor in the game. well this comment is gonna show you who's the better neighbor. let's begin with stats. -------------------------- Stats: Butcher lacks the speed of Scary and Clown's Speed, but has more sprint time then Scary and Clown, also Has a 25% added health for butcher, dealing 10 hits to demolish him, scary and clown takes 8 hits. That's out of the way. let's begin. ------------------------------- MATCH FOUND: 5C4RY ------------------------------ The scary neighbor's role is to be trapping, fooling, and being the defensive role more than the offensive role. placing bear traps starts the way of defense and disguising also taking advantage. rage mode will last 4 seconds and can deal with 2 childs easier, my conclusion: Can be a perfect way of defense and tricking the children. ------------------------------ MATCH FOUND: CL0WN ------------------------------ The clown neighbor's role is hiding away, being the master of stealth and smoke bombs, also dazzling the children after escaping his grasp, the camo is useful because that there is bushes in the game, you can easily hide in the bushes and then suprise! the children with a special trick, their sign of how they are simming (which is missing lol), the smoke bombs are easily useful when taking on 2. or doing a escape plan, also the dazzling gives you a second try of capturing the child that escaped your grasp, my conclusion: Clown is a role meaning to being the suprise attacker and tricking the kids to believing his camo as the box. ------------------------------ MATCH FOUND: BUTCH3R ----------------------------- The butcher neighbor's role is to tank attacks against the children and being the range attacker, also stalking them down like the clown neighbor's ability to become a random prop, and "BOOYAH!" His ranged attacks, the meathook is useful when a child is escaping, the pathfinder can easily lead you to that child, and the fake crows can fool the children getting them to think there is 3 ppl left in the game or there are 2 more kids to capture, my conclusion: Tanking attacks and hunting the children down is like the normal way to win the game as the neighbor, more of the attacking role and a tankster better than the 2 other neighbors. --------------------------- Final Conclusion: All are the best. no matter if people say the other neighbor's better than the other or the neighbor sucks, i still think all 3 of the neighbors are better. thanks for reading the comment, reply down below and telll me your thoughts on who's the better neighbor.

Also brave would be not afraid of it so this would not make him over powered because the brave would make her bat a Melee oh but before doing that she would look at her golden apple bracelet making her more angry she will technically have her own version of rage and then once she’s done she will go on the ground crying looking at the bracelet again
