having an angel (tim) was the best task ever, especially the first moment when he stopped being a prankster and just turned into serious protecting grian mode, when he told him they're in the base and for grian to stay hidden, it was perfect guardian angel moment and such an op power (in a good way)

Joel's "for the bad boys" moment hit so much harder because Tim was in the call, even if they didn't quite know it, the Bad Boys were back together for a second :')

This session was about proving how good grian’s friendship is with etho and Cleo, that even if an Angel is trying to sabotage them, they don’t even notice, and letting grian do what he does even if it may seem weird or quirky for others.

I don’t think they’d all recklessly fight, i think a lot of them would be tactical and try to lay traps. There’s no retooling, no hard tasks. It’s just outwit outplay outlast.

Bdubs unquestioningly passing the friend test proves bdubs is the best.

There's needs to be a life series that crosses over as many players from Empires & Hermitcraft as possible and call it "After Life". Everything starts as normal, either with a Secret Keeper or Boogeyman but as players start to die, living players begin getting assigned their own Guardian from one of the fallen players and they have to get their assignments from their Guardians. The goal of the living is to forge the best alliegances they can so that if a player dies, they can trust that whoever their Guardian will be will be working for their benefit, not trying to sabotage. Could also become "Puppet Life" where half the participants are already dead and have been assigned to their living counterparts, with the goal being that they win if their living player survives to the very end.

This episode is just basically impractical jokers and I love it 😂

This has probably been the most enjoyable video for me. Jimmy being a pain in the butt but slowly helping Grian more and more to the degree he possibly saved him was so much fun to watch.

Love the fact that so many of Jimmy's things backfired on him. Especially when he had Grian ask who Etho missed the most among the eliminated players.

The fallen players being given a new life is a amazing concept. Previously, they just fell out and had to catch up to everyone ones it was over

grian, etho, and cleo are all so funny together 😭

This task has shown me that the idea of dead players still getting to participate is so funny and I hope, if there's future seasons, that a mechanic incorporating that is considered.

Tim's outrage at Etho saying Mumbo and Lizzie ahead of him has me dead 😂😂

i love this task for grian because what he's being made to do is just...a _little_ weirder than usual. like its just enough to be odd but at the same time, it's grian. of course he's odd.

You must construct a build for 3 players but never finish them. You must leave it in a state that will annoy them the most. Every time they ask you when your going to finish you must remove progress on the build without them noticing. You fail if they notice your making reverse progress or if a yellow name calls you out.

I'm not sure why Timmy is surprised that everyone is acting normal when Grian acts weird when he has had first had experience with Grian's weirdness every time he streams with him (intentionally showing up late with weird excuses)

I love how mad Jimmy got when no-one questioned Grian's behaviour.

This was such a perfect task! You and Jimmy are two peas in a pod, your brother from another mother, and the two of you are comedy gold

The classic Red "did you take damage from that 🥺? you did???? yes!!!!" then running straight to the Secret Keeper will never get old.

i absolutely loved it when Jimmy got serious at times when it came to warning Grian from dangers, to just going back to joking and having fun. Amazing task!

New task idea spurred on by this (don't know if it applies): You can talk to ghosts. And by that I mean you must talk to ghosts. Specifically, you are in a voice chat with every single dead person, all at once. If anyone notices you are talking to no-one or if someone living notices you talking to a ghost, you fail. Bonus, if a ghost successfully gets you to fail this task, they are revived with the hearts you lost this episode as a red.

Martyn’s “When is that enderpearl gonna work” is so perfectly timed

Seeing that last sight on the video. The words from Grian from an early episode came back into mind. "When we are all red, let's remember this moment", referring to when everyone was hiding in a house together laying down and going heeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy to everyone walking in.. xD Was super friendly and joyful. :)

I kind of love how it feels like the world is slowly decaying, over the course of the series. People slowly dropping and turning red, causing the pretty builds and landscapes to turn into absolute chaos

@@ScrewdriverGaming Yeah this series was way slower than the rest but for these last three episodes it has been kinda worth it tbh The juxtaposition between the super cheery mess around vibe of the first few episodes and the warden v wither fight, the zombie apocalypse, and now this ep where its just trying to survive as people keep dropping It’s so narratively cool

This might be one of my favorite sessions so far, the dynamic between ghost-Tim and no hesitation Grian was incredible, I was giggling the whole time :)

the captions make this series so much easier and better to watch

I can't describe how grateful I am for how much work is put into the captions! Putting names in brackets when people speak is a small detail, but it really helps :)

EPIC Task Idea for the Finale: Everyone gets a secret to start the last episode. Each of their secrets is to kill someone. For instance, BDubs's task is to "kill Grian," Grian's task is to "kill Etho," Ethos' task is to "kill Impulse" and so on until you loop back to BDubs. You cannot harm anyone else unless they attack you first. If you kill your target, then you have to kill your target's person. For instance, if BDubs kills Grian, now he has to kill Etho. It's like everyone is the boogie, but for only one specific person. The last person standing wins!

I’m so happy you passed the pet task, it was funny the idea of your pet getting slowly smaller because it kept getting killed/split.

This was definitely one of my favorite life series episodes yet. Having Jimmy secretly tell you random things to do made for some hilarious moments, and there was also some good action. This was definitely one of the best tasks I’ve seen! Can’t for the next (and likely final) session!!

This feels like a tower defense game with the reds just coming in one by one with their own strats

Honestly though, mad respect to Martin this season, he was red super early on and he's still in the game!!
