Cape Royal Community is on Pine Island water, not well. But is on septic. It's in the County and is unincorporated. Taxes, therefore, are low. It is one of the best golf course communties in Cape Coral.

@@invictus9976 they can all be quiet once you move away from the entertainment and dining areas. However, the most open and under built would be the NW Cape. That allows it to be quieter.

There is a school behind my house, no one ever blocks anyone’s drive way. Should mention one of the safest neighborhoods because there are police stationed at the school every day and patrolling.

How about the taxes? And prices of the houses ✌️

Hey buddy. We are out of town so seeing your video a little later than normal. Another KZreadr did a video on Boca Raton and said the number one city that those folks are moving to is Cape Coral.

Very informative this video. Does anybody know if the Taxes will be affected by this assessment? In other words. Will the taxes increase after this assessment is implemented?

Taxes will go up as the assessment is paid off in the annual taxes. Possibly double the current rate.... so about 2400 per year or 200 per month.

Have you heard anything on the 7 islands project? Is it on hold? I haven’t seen anything there

It's still going forward. It's a long process. Likely see groundbreaking in 2 to 3 years.

Do you know if there are plans to update the road infrastructure to accommodate to all the new traffic? One of the reasons I’m leaving Miami is the traffic 😅

They are looking at improvements, but we are a long way away from Miami traffic. I lived there for 8 years and moved here. Traffic wasn't the reason, but it was so much better here on the west coast.

That’s good to know. You didn’t mention much about the North East. I know it’s the more underdeveloped of the quadrants. We purchased a lot out there and are planning to move within the next year. I’ll have to wait and see how it develops
