Spark double can not enter as Nekusar - You may have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature or planeswalker you control, except it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it if it’s a creature, it enters with an additional loyalty counter on it if it’s a planeswalker, and it isn’t legendary if that permanent is legendary.

Yeah I think probably would have won either way but I would have grabbed the sheoldred instead of the gilded drake

Enjoyed the gameplay until the spark double play. It clearly states a target 'YOU Control' lol. Always enjoy Nekusar games though, thanks for uploading.

5:02 the drake is an etb steal effect not on cast. when the drake enter and already choice a target its already too late for a counter spell.

Yeah he didn't counter the spell he destroyed the drake, as the drake and the target need to be legal for the swap to happen

Yeah man would drake be awful to deal with if counterspells were the only way to stop it
