Secret Canyon, David Miller, & Bear Sign Trails loop, Sedona

I chose this loop because it was designated "Hard" in the Sedona hiking guidebook but hard didn't begin to describe what it was like in the snow. Patsy was frozen from when we descended to the Bear Sign trail all the way back to the jeep road. She did a great job of trail-finding on the poorly-defined David Miller trail. Without her, I might have ended up like David Miller, lost.
We only saw one other person out there until we returned to the jeep road. It was a rough 4x4 road just to get to the trailhead.
